Inspection can reduce any anxiety the prospect of a Buyers inspection

The pre-qualification inspection is a
125 item, point by point inspection of the property intended to identify
any serious defects before the Buyer's Inspection. A formal report is
provided in a special format outlining each of the items reviewed and
any defects noted.
